Venture to Historic Salubria on Friday, October 20 and Saturday October 21 for a special Halloween event. Amidst the eerie glow of candles, lanterns, and carved pumpkins, explore the 18th century plantation house in a new light. This event will have something for everyone!
Historic Salubria has loomed over the rolling hills of Culpeper County for over 250 years. If you dare, step inside one of myths and lore, stories and legends, of Historic Salubria’s compelling past. Join costumed interpreters as they lead you through various macabre tales that have been weaved throughout Salubria’s history.
This event is family friendly! Kids of all ages can enjoy fun crafts and stories while the sun is up while dark tales await those who dare to experience Salubria after dark. Hot cider and donuts will be served. Costumes are encouraged! Don’t miss this rare opportunity to see one of Virginia’s historic landmarks and Culpeper County’s oldest brick structure after dark.
How it works:
- $5 general admission ticket for entry any time between 4pm-8pm.
- $10 timed guided tall tales tour and enty any time between 4pm-8pm.
- Event will be cancelled in the event of rain. Please check our social media for updates.
- Tickets are non-refundable unless cancelled due to rain.
