Several Germanna members were at the homecoming ceremony for the grave stone of Johannes Walk at Friedberg-Moravian Church in North Carolina last Sunday. Here is the story the local newspaper wrote about it: 245-year-old tombstone returned to Friedberg Moravian

The Orange County Planning Commission voted to recommend approval of the Foundation’s Special Use Permit to construct a new museum and library adjacent to the Brawdus Martin Visitor Center following the public hearing about the permit application. More Info

And 40 students, teachers and parents from the German language programs of Courtland and Chancellor High Schools (Spotsylvania County) held their Honor Society induction ceremony in our Memorial Garden and luncheon at the Brawdus Martin Visitor Center on Wednesday.
