Executive Director Tim Sutphin reviews the Germanna Foundation’s virtual conference held on July 17 & 18, and announces the VERY successful fundraising challenge.
Germanna had a very successful Virtual Germanna conference. For the first time in 63 years, we were unable to hold our Reunion/Conference in person, so we went online. We had 278 attendees over the two-day conference. Attendees asked a lot of great questions and the chat feature was a big hit with everyone.
If you missed the conference, you can still sign up via our conference page to watch the video recordings of the two days. Registration is still only $30 for each day and you can view the sessions as many times as you like.
The webinars were so successful, we are currently planning on a series of webinars for the rest of the year to include sessions including; “Ask a Genealogist,” an update from our Summer Interns on the rest of the summer and more!
